We are proud to announce that Pressley Ridge has been named a 2023 Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette! In addition, our President & CEO Susanne Cole was honored with the Leadership Award in the Large Employer category. A big thank you to all of our employees who helped make this happen. Several Western PA employees attended the awards event on Friday evening. As Susanne was unable to attend the event, Jesse McLean, Executive Director of PA, accepted the award on her behalf.

It's August, which means it's time to start thinking about heading back to school! This month's #WorkHereWednesday posts will highlight our school-based and educational life-changing career opportunities. We are seeking a Mobile Therapist for our Community- and School-Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) Team in Pittsburgh to provide children with individual and family therapy, behavioral support and service coordination. The Mobile Therapist is eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus, as well as free licensure supervision along with reimbursement for licensure exam fees and CEUs. Our teams receive weekly clinical consultation and oversight by a licensed psychologist. Learn more about the Mobile Therapist opportunity and apply now at bit.ly/43LjKLP.
Pressley Ridge Reviews

Pros
All staff receive a great deal of support and training. The executive leadership staff have all been with the company for many years and truly care about the work we are doing. Everyone I work with is friendly and caring. Most importantly, the work is flexible. As an admin staff, I can work mostly from home and have the flexibility to take care of personal matters and make up the time.
Cons
We are in need of more staff on my team. Other than that, there aren't many cons.
