Get to know Anurag Saxena! Anurag is director of EPAY’s India HR Operations. He is responsible for all our strategic initiatives in the HR domain, such as employee onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee retention and more! Based in Noida, India, Anurag has been with PrismHR, EPAY’s parent company, for more than three “exciting years.” He says he is motivated by wanting to “achieve our HR vision in alignment with the overall business vision, which includes freedom to work in a hybrid work environment, growth opportunities and working for an inspiring leadership team.” In his role, Anurag works hard to maintain productivity by managing a skilled workforce that cares. Get to know Dwayne Smith! Dwayne is the senior vice president of security and chief information security officer at PrismHR, EPAY’s parent company. In his role, he is primarily responsible for the physical and technical security of products and corporate infrastructure at Prism’s facility. He’s been at Prism for about five months now. In Dwayne’s eyes, cybersecurity is critical and it’s everyone’s responsibility. “PrismHR can grow as a company and lead the industry in tech and cybersecurity,” he says. “Cybersecurity is an enabling factor for growth.” Growth has been a priority for Dwayne in both his professional and personal life. Before he came to PrismHR, he spent many years in the military. Much different than his role now, Dwayne was traveling the world in his line of work. He describes his leaving the military as a pivotal moment in his professional trajectory. Although it was scary and he wished he had embraced the opportunity more, it helped him grow as a professional and as a person.

Cons

There can be a lack of connectivity with other teams, working remotely, but that can happen with any remote work. Prism does their best to combat it.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PrismHR (Noida) in Feb 2023

    Interview

    One day HR called to schedule an interview. There were 3 technical rounds each lasting approx 1 hour. After 3rd round got an update from a recruiter that I will be interviewed for a different team. They get to know I am not the best fit for the current team after 3 rounds of technical interviews. No updates after this for almost 3 weeks. On following up with the recruiter got to know that they are not hiring for the role anymore. It seems they are doing this all for fun and they have plenty of time for the same.
