    Pros

Mostly great management, not adverse to taking risks, open communication, a formerly great culture that can again be that way

    Cons

Politics have taken over, some people/departments are not working in the best interest of the company (rather for themselves), older building and not too many perks compared to others

    Advice to Management

    Stop the politicking

    IC Design Engineer Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QuickLogic (Sunnyvale, CA).

    Interview

interviewed with several engineers, overall lasted four hours, after which I walked out with a headache. But payed off, they liked me so much that they called me half less than half hour later while driving home, and offered me a position. The interview ranged from basics to harder questions, designed to make me think and they would see if I can think. Very fair practice, they can't just hire someone who can't think.
