CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

Our Corporate Functions support the business groups in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Strategy, Sales and Marketing.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The IT function is responsible for our technology innovation, development, infrastructure, and operations. This includes telecommunications, business applications and more.

SHARED SERVICES

Shared Services is a global organization of 2000+ colleagues that provide a broad range of healthcare revenue cycle services ranging from patient registrations functions to payer and patient collections services for our clients.

HOSPITAL OPERATIONS

Helping our clients become more efficient around revenue cycle management, our operations teams are responsible for deploying our unique Revenue Cycle model at U.S. hospitals and physician groups.

MEDICAL CODING

Instrumental in the RCM business, our medical coding teams transform our hospital and medical facility clients' healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes.

PHYSICIAN ADVISORY

R1 PAS (Physician Advisory Services) is a comprehensive physician advisory and medical necessity solution that helps hospitals and medical facilities navigate the regulatory environment so that compliance improves.

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Chicago, IL).

    Interview process turnaround time very quick. Interview consisted of interviewing with hiring manager and peers that I would be working with on a daily basis within the department. Also there were a lot of behavioral questions referencing management styles. The group was very friendly and could easily relate to challenges with various payers and my experiences regarding trended resolutions.
