Great at giving flex-time, managers are good at mentoring employees, great co-workers. Given lots of freedom to expand knowledge. Forward thinking.
Little advancement because of small firm size. Strong technically, but not good at marketing. Not good at handling co-worker conflicts and put head in sand for difficult employees.
Advice to Management
Give workers more support when difficult employees make the office hard to come to. Deal with clear misconduct issues with a swift sword.
