As a second-generation family-owned merit shop enterprise, led by Rick and Jon Kinning, RK represents seven distinct business units, built to expertly and creatively collaborate on projects to ensure customers receive the highest quality service through integrated and streamlined solutions. Joining forces for full customized solutions, these business units operate independently to provide customers superior, expert-driven performance to suit all project needs.

RK is hiring construction project engineers, project managers, mechanical estimators, manufacturing shop workers, pipefitters, sheet metal fabricators, plumbers, ironworkers, sheet metal installers, electricians, HVAC and plumbing service technicians, and many office positions. Those interested in the skilled trades can apply to our four-year RK Apprenticeship Program and earn credits toward a technical college degree.
