    Pros

    Great location near running trail.
    Radiometrics' promotes communication of ideas between coworkers and management.
    Innovative technology.
    Very friendly working environment.

    Cons

    The need for additional staff at times. More colleagues would help advance a lot of projects in a smaller time frame.
    Expanding office space so that each member of the team can have individual offices.
