Rauxa. It’s Catalan, actually. We pronounce it “rocks-uh.” It translates as: unbridled emotion with a redeeming touch of madness. You’ll find it in the passion of our people (Rauxans) and in the data-driven solutions we create for our clients every day.

Current employees weighing in on their favorite aspect of Rauxa’s culture:

“I like that even though I am relatively young, my decisions, input and direction are taken seriously and really make a difference.” –Ori, Senior Copywriter

“Although we work very hard here, the Rauxa culture also encourages us to take a little time to have some fun with our co-workers—whether it’s during beer cart Fridays, summer parties or team outings. And we have a great group of people that work here who genuinely enjoy each other’s company, which is not always easy to come by.” –Allison, Account Supervisor

“The energy. Whether that manifests as ideas in brainstorms or table dancing in all company meetings, everyone here is generally stoked on what they’re doing.” – Graham, Strategic Planner

“I like to meet the people I work with. Everyone is fun, interesting and, for the most part (rough deadlines excluded), happy and enjoying what they do.” – Jason, Associate Creative Director

Great environment, great people, beer cart Fridays, Amazing CEO, and room to grow. The CEO Gina and founder Jill are really nice and stop to say hi to every employee, regardless of their job title.

I have no complaints so far about this company.

    Difficult Interview

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Rauxa.

Had a three phone calls, a sql test and a take home case study. After all this, a recruiter called me to tell me that I am the top candidate and unofficially offered me the position. I went into the office for a final round and met with several people. I also had a video call, where I was on video but the other woman refused to turn her video on. Afterwards, they reassured me that I was their top choice.

I was later told (only after reaching out to them) that they'd gone with someone else. I've had a lot of interviews but this is easily the worst experience I've ever had.
