Pros
- The company is really trying to make an impact on carbon emissions and the way we see transportation.- There's a lot of great benefits
- The people were good to work with
Cons
- Culture of pretending like everything is fine when it's not- Funding is tight, so there isn't much room to grow your career
- Start up culture = lots of changing roles at a moment's notice

Great! They asked lots of questions specifically about programming and the problem domain; no irrelevant brain teasers. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly; I would definitely interview here again.InterviewThere was a good refactoring exercise where they handed you a crufty old (small) program and asked you to make changes to it, I liked that one.
