I have been working at Ripple Effect full-time (More than 3 years)

My favorite thing about Ripple Effect is the "Work Smarter" culture. The Leadership is always looking for better, more efficient ways to get things done. I've worked at a lot of places where higher ups weren't really interested in hearing about areas for improvement or out-of-the box solutions -- not so at Ripple Effect! It's nice to feel supported and encouraged to think innovatively and to challenge the status quo. My colleagues are also fantastic. It's a nice mix of people from different backgrounds but with a shared passion for learning and quality. Ripple Effect offers a lot of flexibility -- TW and flex hours help keep work-life balance.

Contract work can be demanding at times, but that's true of every job, and there are both busy and down times. The work pace is fast, but that also makes the job exciting.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ripple Effect in February 2019.

2 stage interview with assessment. One phone screening, one online assessment, one in person interview. Interviews were with different people. Very responsive initially, then re-posted the position multiple times on different sites while claiming they were waiting to hear back from their client. Eventually came around to sending a rejection letter.
