The only con is that it is 100% goal metric driven. If you don't meet those numbers you won't last.

Keep up the positive culture
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Roth Staffing.
The first two stages were a phone interview, and in-person interview with the Recruiter. The Recruiter was friendly, helpful, and very communicative through the process. The next stage would have been an in-person interview with the client, but they selected another candidate for hire.
