Rx Systems, Inc., a second generation family owned business, was founded as a full-service provider of pharmacy packaging and supplies. Beginning in 1979 Rx Systems has helped pharmacies develop products and strategies to serve their patients better, and more efficiently. Our long term core products include: Rx labels, bags, vials and packaging supplies for all types of pharmacy markets, including:

Our Company has prospered through reinvestment in manufacturing and distribution. Richard Jensen founded Rx Systems, Inc. with the intent of creating a one-stop shop for pharmacy supplies. Beginning with 2000 sq. ft. of distribution space, our Company now occupies over 240,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space in five states. The success of our Company began with a simple slogan that still holds true today, "Customer Service is Our Business."
In an effort to reach pharmacy customers faster, and increase our manufacturing capabilities, Rx Systems began to expand into others states in 2000.
In November, 2000, Rx Systems expanded its West Coast distribution and manufacturing operations by acquiring Tempe Label Co. in Arizona. Tempe Label Co. was started in 1984 and specialized in produce, commercial/industrial, and food co-packing labels. In 2002 Tempe Label moved from Tempe to Chandler, AZ into a new 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility, and changed their name to TLC Label Co. Overall production at TLC Label continued to grow, and eventually moved again to a 55,000 square foot facility in Gilbert, AZ, where they continue to produce their legacy products, plus Rx labels and other pharmacy packaging for the western states.
Building upon the success of the West Coast expansion, in October 2002 Rx Systems combined its existing Pittsburgh distribution center into the newly acquired Script Pak of Hanover, Pennsylvania. In December 2004, the company began manufacturing operations in Hanover, and acquired land to construct a new 18,000 sq foot manufacturing facility in 2007.
In 2009, a new division was created – Rx Vial LLC. Rx Vial is the company’s prescription vial line that includes three brands – Strata, Omega and P Series. Missouri remains the primary hub for Rx Vial in a space that occupies 20,000 square feet adjacent to the Missouri Headquarters.
Targeting the ever growing population of Florida, in 2015 a new Warehouse was opened in Central, FL, which provided next day delivery throughout the state for stock items, including Rx labels, bags, vials and pill cards.
Focusing on increasing capabilities for the Long Term Care pharmacy market, in 2021 the company acquired Useful Products based in Goodland, IN. Useful Products was established in 1974, initially offering a wide assortment of products and services that later narrowed their focus to Long Term Care packaging and Coffee Sleeves. Useful Products occupies 56,000 square feet, and has Flexo board and Thermo forming capabilities.
