Mission Key's mission is to assist troubled youth and their families with developing positive life skills and life experiences so that they may pursue productive and rewarding lives.
Description The Key Program, Incorporated, "Key," a tax-exempt charity, was founded in 1974 in response to Massachusetts' closing its so called "training schools" for juveniles. Key cares for over 600 youth and families daily with a commitment to meeting their individual needs by providing excellence in service delivery. Key employs dedicated and knowledgeable individuals to carry out the individual care and service needs for these youth, Positions include: supervisors, direct care workers, and administrators.

Grounded in a strength-based philosophy, Key focuses on unlocking the potential of youth and families. Through a variety of residential and non-residential program models and settings, Key provides direct services each day from the child welfare, mental health, juvenile justice, and educational systems. Key creates opportunities for those in the various programs to learn new skills and approaches to problem solving.
