I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Truaxis in September 2013.
Very random interview process. Spent a long time in a conference room waiting for people to come in and interview me. They did not stay on schedule and I spoke with people who I was not scheduled to interview with. Strange questions and everyone seemed to be trying to sell me on coming to work for the company. At one point, when the door was open I hear someone come through the office shouting angrily on cell phone using really inappropriate language. The HR person seemed distracted and said that they had no answers to my questions. Like I said, it was really random.
Reasons for Declining
The interview felt really strange and there was no plan or process at all. No one had details about anything. It just seemed kind of sketchy.
