I worked at VisionPoint full-time (More than 5 years)
Good pay , but was told a lot I was getting paid too much. Insurance is offered but plan is awful and not worth the money.
They don't follow their own policies and the policies they do have are strict. extremely hard to get days off and you get a guilt trip if you call off. Especially since they took almost all sick days away from staff, so if you call off they automatically take vacation days so therefore when you want a vacation you can't take one. There is no such thing as a personal life, your job has to come first not your family at this place. Very high turnover, always training new employees, they hire very bad. Always understaffed. Absolutely no benefits for seniority
Advice to Management
Hire more qualified people, ( people with experience) I believe this is done so they don't have to pay them more. Some sort of retirement or 401k would be nice especially for your management employees and longterm staff. Let your staff have a life and make it easier to get a day off or vacation approved without having to wait a long time wondering if you can make plans. Again this all goes back to constant understaffing
