The products were very and on the cutting edge of technology. Pay and the benefits was as good as other companies. Management treated everyone with respect and listened took in consideration there imput.
Company has no money to back up there efforts to develop technology and took it from employees. Company spend to much money to fast which caused layoffs.
Advice to Management
Sell what they have before moving to fast. Take care of sales before development. Without the tools to help the sales force there will not be enough money for development.
