I worked at WIKA Instrument full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great company. As any, it has its ups and downs, but in general great place to work. Coworkers help one another, top management is involved and the owner is very employee oriented. Great benefits and in general friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

Those are usually related to businesses cycles and strategy. As things change, sometimes direction is not clear to everyone.

    Senior Manufacturing Engineer Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at WIKA Instrument (Atlanta, GA) in January 2015.

    Interview

Went through head hunter. Met with manager and engineering team. The environment was very bland and the energy in the room... there was none. Those people looked like they just wanted to go home or hoped that Superman would come through the door and save them.
