    - Care for people and are whiling to improve job conditions;
    - Amazing and talented diverse people that you can learn from;
    - Incredible office!
    - Many opportunities to grow;
    - You can bring your dogs to the office every once in a while;
    - Very inspiring managers and CEO.

    Cons

    It's not a con. We shouldn't forget it was a company that have grown really fast and some things take time so just be patient and see how you can help the company improve. The amazing thing is, people will listen if you present it in a coherent way.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to focus on people. You already have the talent so continue to cherish the different teams.
