Flexible hours, good pay, great people, nice office environment. I was able to travel to China and Australia in support of their first commercial project.
They can't seem to secure the funding needed to keep the company afloat. I am afraid that their first commercial project will be their last.
I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at eSolar (Burbank, CA) in January 2012.
Phone interview with lead person. Then invited in for one day of interviews with multiple personnel for one on one interviews. Interviews with HR, line and senior management. Cordial atmosphere. Took only a couple weeks to wrap up offer after interviews were complete. First class job conducted by HR. Very professional and inviting.
