    Pros

great building in HSQ but thats about it

    Cons

always cost cutting, getting rid of the old timers and changing the structure when its not broke. pay doesnt reflect the market value and when you go looking for a payrise it takes months to get sorted and it may not get sorted...

    Advice to Management

office needs to be more welcoming, maybe some sort of games room that people can use at lunch break as nothing around the area

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at eircom (Galway (Ireland)).

    Interview

It was a two step process for my interview
-the first part was a phone interview which went very well. Asking general questions about yourself and what hope to achieve from working with the company
    - face to face interview with manager and area manager.
I found the face to face interview very good, I was very well prepared for it as I had done sales before so I knew what was going to be needed of me.
