We have an ongoing commitment to maintaining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our corporate culture, policies, and all that we do. Since our founding, Vertical Bridge has strived to create a culture of sustainability. From eliminating paper waste and single-use plastics from our corporate headquarters to replacing building and tower lighting systems with lower-energy consuming LED systems, environmentally-conscious initiatives are a part of our daily operations. We continue to find new ways to reduce our environmental footprint, which is why we are extremely proud to be the first carbon-neutral tower company in the world.
Through the Vertical Bridge Charitable Network, we have been able to support hundreds of organizations that our employees, partners, and clients care about globally through hands-on giving and monetary resources. The Vertical Bridge Charitable Network is an employee-led effort in which a committee identifies opportunities for Vertical Bridge to donate time and/or money to meaningful causes. Our support ranges from financial sponsorships to providing every Vertical Bridge employee with paid time off to volunteer and give back to their communities and causes important to them, and from team-building exercises to company-wide days of charitable activities and support. Vertical Bridge is proud to say we have donated over $8 million to 400 causes chosen by our employees and contributed nearly 4,000 volunteer hours to 501(c)(3) organizations selected by our employees.
