Mission To educate people to become global citizens and foster prosperity.
Description Apollo Education and Training was founded in 1995 with the mission to educate global citizens and foster prosperity. Apollo was the first fully foreign-owned English education and training organisation in Vietnam.
With the values of Passion, Accountability, and Integrity Apollo remained a trailblazer. Apollo saw the need to educate global citizens though out Vietnam and opened the first center in Ho Chi Minh City in 2002.
Apollo became recognized for educating global citizens across Vietnam. In 2006, co-founder Khalid Muhmood became the first foreigner in the private sector to receive the Medal for the Cause of Education. In 2007, Apollo received the Golden Dragon Award (and continues to get this award every year since then) and Best of Vietnam Award.
Apollo's mission is to develop global citizens. We believe it’s critical for young people to have an awareness of the wider world and to understand their place in it. As we grew, Apollo began to branch into Adult English classes to promote global citizenship.
The idea of Our English Language program is designed to engage learners in developing their understanding of the world and we ensure that learners develop their language skills through a process of enquiry. Apollo gained recognition of this with the Certificate of Trust for their Learning English Through Subject Teaching Method.
In 2018 Apollo won the highly esteemed Education Investor Asia awards and in 2020 Apollo won the Asia Pacific Enterprise Award for Corporate Excellence.
