We built products all our lives. It is what makes us happy, what wakes us up in the morning. We live for the goosebumps you get when, after a couple of months of hard work, you finally press the launch button and wait for the first customers to download your app or open up your website. The mix of fear and excitement is really, one of the most intense feelings you can get.
We love the tough challenges you face: a bug that cannot be caught, a performance issue that seems unsolvable, a problem that has not solution, just yet. We hang on to that just yet and we build on it, until the solution starts to show its face. At first, only in the mind of the team, then, with the right story tellers, visual designers, coders, marketers, the whole world sees it and gets used to it.
We are amazed every time we see a very fragile idea that can potentially improve on the life of millions of people take shape and become stronger with every iteration: user research, product design, development and finally, launch. We feel fortunate and very proud to have witnessed the 2 moments: just an idea and then an amazing software product.

Atta Systems was founded in 2015 and since then, we helped big organizations (UNICEF, World Bank, Ernst&Young, UN, OCHA) and funded startups to develop meaningful software products for their audiences.
Our team is our most important asset (we know the cliche, and we 100% agree with it). We take management, mentoring, and coaching seriously. We help our employees accelerate their professional career growth. Our manager’s main job is to guide our employees to grow and succeed. We do bi-weekly 1:1 meetings and career plan meetings focused on growth and career goals.
We get involved in medium-sized projects, with several software components and hard technical challenges. We assume technical and/or product leadership for the products we get involved with.
