Description ArtSkills is a fun place to work! We take great pride in hiring people who are nice, in addition to being qualified and experienced. Our philosophy is that work is most productive when you enjoy your colleagues. High employee morale is paramount at ArtSkills. We have several employee satisfaction programs including daily exercise initiatives, a weight loss and health consulting program, a subsidized snack bar where all fruit and healthy food is free, summer barbecues, pizza Fridays and bagel Tuesdays, holiday parties and celebrations! Most recently, ArtSkills initiated reduced summer hours for all employees.

ArtSkills was founded in 1987 and continues to be a family-owned and operated company with a commitment to bringing quality, innovation, and successful experiences to our customers. Originally, ArtSkills opened its doors as a marketing and consulting firm working closely in the Arts & Crafts industry, and went on to design and develop fine art, drawing, and painting programs, which allowed anyone to learn "art skills" without any prior artistic training at all!

Today at ArtSkills, we make a wide range of products including Poster Board and Project Accessories, Fine Art, Craft, and Hobby supplies, Toy and Children's Activities, Teacher products, and many other product lines in the Creative Work and Life Solutions areas. Our products are available throughout North America in all major mass market, office, grocery, drug, art and craft, club, and pharmacy chains.

ArtSkills values the trust our customers have in us, so we continually strive to bring new and innovative products and ideas to the marketplace.

ArtSkills is nationally certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (“WBE”) by the Women’s Business Enterprise Center East, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

ArtSkills is a proud supporter of the Kids in Need Foundation, whose mission is to ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed by providing free school supplies nationally to students most in need.
