Description We started the “old fashioned way” as coat checkers using paper claim tickets. Guests know that checking their items with you means they’ll probably lose their ticket, definitely experience long lines when checking out, and maybe lost or damaged items. You know it means frustrated customers, unclaimed items, and lost revenue. It shouldn’t be this hard. We knew there had to be a better way.
So, we went about delivering one. Our flagship product, CoatChex and our Founder/CEO, Derek Pacqué, were featured on Shark Tank in 2012. That's right, we turned down Mark Cuban! We’ve come a long way in those eight years. Today, we are making it possible for the hospitality industry and entertainment venues to deliver exceptional experiences for their customers.
