Strivant Health's mission is to improve the lives of our physician clients and the patients they serve. We accomplish this through “best in class” revenue cycle management. Specifically, we support services for Patient Registration, Contact Center, Coding, Physician Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications.
This comprehensive continuum of support allows our physician client providers to stay focused on the practice of medicine, rather than the business of medicine. We have worked with over 4,000 providers representing 25 different physician specialties and over 30 technology platforms in our 20+ years of business.

HOW AND WHERE DO OUR PEOPLE WORK?
We looked closely at what needs to be done in the office, and what can be done virtually. We do have some roles working in a hybrid status where they come into our Corporate headquarters in Tinley Park, IL a few days a week and work from home other days. We have also been able to successfully identify roles and client support that can be fully supported remotely. This has expanded our abilties to bring on staff in multiple states. We have team members residing in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Tennessee, Texas, and may more. We are looking for the right skill sets to support our client needs no matter their location.
HOW DO WE ALL STAY CONNECTED?
We have routine Microsoft Teams meetings, one-on-one meetings with staff and mangement, group huddles, Corporate communciations and many other ways we communicate. We pair New Hires up with mentors and within the organization to help you onboard and get that connection. We supply you with the equipment you will need to work in a remote position or in a hybrid model. We work with you individually to learn what you need to be successful.
