Erie Family Health Centers, a nationally-recognized, award-winning, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2017. And we have been named a Top Employer by the Chicago Tribune six times--including in 2018.
Erie provides comprehensive, integrated, primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to pregnant women, babies, children, teens, women, men and seniors--all under one roof. And at Erie patient care does not stop when the office visit is over because we support our patients with case and care management and an array of educational and other programing to help patients maintain their own health.
Rooted in a tradition of compassionate, culturally sensitive health care for those in need, our mission-driven staff serve over 73,000 medical and 12,500 dental patients via 300,000 patient encounters at 13 locations in Chicago and its northern suburbs.
