A singular focus on bringing more certainty to investment outcomes has been Vest’s since 2012. The concept of Target Outcome Investments was introduced in our patent filing later that year.
In 2013, we filed with the SEC for the world’s first registered buffer fund with defined levels of downside protection and upside capture. This watershed filing, along with the partnerships, indexes and ecosystem we built, paved the way for defined outcome products that never before existed outside of the institutional realm.
While our footprint is continually growing, our focus is unwavering. Each day, we are bringing more certainty to more investors in the U.S. and abroad.
