Founded in 1921, CEC is one of the premier engineering firms in Oklahoma. We are a growing multi-disciplinary firm, providing civil, structural, transportation, electrical and mechanical engineering services. We also provide survey and mapping, construction management and inspection, and materials testing services. Our purpose is to get stuff built right, including relationships, communities and families, while fulfilling our vision to eliminate aging infrastructure and drive community growth. We currently have six locations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Duncan, and Lawton, with plans underway to expand into north Texas.
