Since 1979, Sunland Asphalt & Construction, Inc. has been completing projects across the country, ranging from parking lot maintenance to major highways. With offices in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico, Sunland has grown from an asphalt maintenance company into a full service general contractor.
We offer an array of construction services including earthwork and grading, underground wet utilities, concrete structures/flat-work and asphalt milling and paving.
Maintenance services include crack sealing, asphalt patching, seal-coating, paving, overlays, striping, Poly-chip, Ultra Thin Bonded Wearing Course, milling and reconstruction.
Sunland Services customers in both the public and private sectors including: state and county DOT's, municipalities, commercial/industrial development, educational facilities and residential communities.
