Mission Potential seeks to assist individuals with autism in reaching their educational, social, and emotional potential by focusing on applying innovative evidence-based strategies.
Our vision is a world where every person with autism can lead a successful life of value.
Description Potential Inc. is a non-profit organization that was started in 2006. The founder worked in many different areas of the mental health and special education sectors and was unhappy with the quality of intervention provided. Potential was born to provide high-quality services to those individuals and over time became specialized to the autism community. Potential grew to a budget of over $4 million and is continuing to grow. Despite the growth, we have maintained an excellent work environment where not only our clients are respected, but our staff as well.
Potential offers a combination Clinic and School environment in over 14,000 sq ft of space. We work with kids as young as two and adults up to 64. We care and practice what we preach in terms of realistic caseloads for BCBAs. Employees are encouraged to make suggestions and we are open to new methods and ideas.
Come be part of our family and make a difference for our families and community!
