CompleatKiDZ was founded to meet a growing need for high-quality, ethical pediatric therapy services that truly support children and their families. From the beginning, our goal has been to build an organization where clinical excellence, transparency, and meaningful outcomes come first. Since our founding, CompleatKiDZ has grown steadily across multiple locations and service settings, expanding our team of clinicians and support staff while maintaining a strong focus on individualized care. We provide pediatric services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Our clients include children across a wide range of developmental needs, as well as their families, whom we view as essential partners in the care process! Services are delivered in clinic, home, and community-based environments, with an emphasis on early intervention and collaborative, interdisciplinary care. Our mission is to help children build the skills they need to thrive while supporting clinicians with the structure, resources, and professional respect needed to do their best work. We are committed to creating an environment where accountability, growth, and client-centered care guide everything we do.
