Description We partner with federal health agency clients, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services, to enhance the health of the populations they serve.
PFS’s projects have focused on issues related to managing research priorities and allocation of resources; quality improvement initiatives to increase health outcomes and experiences; improving access to health and benefits services; analysis of the cost-effectiveness and efficacy of introducing potential innovations and new technologies into front-line operations; and analysis to improve staff access to relevant and reliable information. PFS has developed a track record of effectively partnering with agency leaders at all levels, working across silos with a participative approach that leads to better and longer-lasting results.
