The independent broker offers coverage for fine arts and jewelry companies, as well as private client programs for those looking to insure their Gulf Streams or collector cars. Its subsidiary, Frenkel Benefits, offers life and employee benefits to small and middle market businesses. Frenkel also offers safety and loss control and risk management. The company was acquired by a management group led by chairman Robert Shunk and CEO John Kelly in 2001.
