For counsellors we have many different trainings and avenues for support. It is incredibly important for our counsellors to grow and improve within our company and as individuals and we want to give them the tools to succeed! Clinical consultations are offered for counselors to bring issues or ideas to small groups every week. Led by our LPC-S Management team and often outside consultants, our counsellors will get the opportunity to expand their knowledge with real world examples and get guidance through difficult situations with clients.
