The $518 million Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza, and The Lakes Stormwater Improvements project has now reached construction (Phase II) after successfully completing a 24-month collaborative Preconstruction phase with the City of Virginia Beach and our design partner, Arcadis. As the largest project in the City of Virginia Beach’s Ripple Effect program, this Progressive Design-Build project bundles seven large-scale flood protection sub-projects in three residential areas that historically have been severely impacted by flooding.
