Life at Full Potential HRT Clinic:
We want to create an environment where great people can do great work. Everyone at Full Potential HRT is encouraged to bring their best selves to work, and given the resources and opportunity to realize their own personal success. We believe in collaboration, camaraderie, and collective hard work without egos or pretense. Our culture fosters an environment that rewards employees based on merit and performance, not tenure. What’s more, our team respects the commitments we all have outside of work and provides each other with the trust and flexibility to attend to them.
Our Approach:
We believe in a holistic approach, serving our staff with the best possible workplace experience, and serving our patients with the best possible medical care and customer service experience. We believe that neither of these is possible without the other.
Our patient-centered holistic approach considers the whole patient: mentally, emotionally, and physically. We believe that hormone replacement therapy is inherently holistic. By identifying and addressing hormone deficiencies, we improve the health of the entire patient, mentally, emotionally, and physically, including all their symptoms and overall health.
We serve our patients through a concierge membership-based model, whereby the patient pays the Clinic directly via monthly membership dues. The Clinic does not accept or bill or provide bills for conventional insurance claims. This means that our doctors' hands are not tied, and they are able to fully utilize the breadth and depth of their expertise and experience to help their patients to reach and experience their full potential health.
"Doctor" actually means “teacher” in Latin and it’s no coincidence. We know that in order to truly help our patients that we have to work together, as a team. As much as patients are willing and able, we educate on the importance of life style choices which includes: diet, exercise, and other self-help approaches to optimize the efficacy of their hormone replacement and rejuvenation therapies.
It is with this foundation in place that we are able to be there for our patients and take the extra step or go the extra mile. Providing our patients with the best possible customer service and medical care, so that they can reach and experience their full potential.

Full Potential HRT Clinic provides Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington with unrivaled testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), human growth hormone (HGH) therapy, and comprehensive hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as other revolutionary anti-aging and regenerative therapies. We practice the six principles of naturopathic medicine; understanding and implementation of these principles by physicians and staff provides patients with optimal healthcare, to support them to live and perform to their full potential.

Our Story:
Dr. Robert Strait, N.D. first opened the doors to what is now called “Full Potential HRT Clinic” in January of 2015 in Portland, Oregon. Originally, the clinic was called “Full Potential Men’s Clinic", specializing in providing unrivaled testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and comprehensive hormone replacement therapy (HRT) , along with revolutionary erectile dysfunction treatments for men.
In 2016, Full Potential Men’s Clinic also opened a second location in the Seattle, Washington metro area in Renton, Washington. This clinic currently provides hormone therapy and erectile dysfunction treatments, specializing in men's health.
In 2016, Full Potential Men’s Portland Clinic outgrew its original location in less than a year and moved to our current location in Southwest Portland. In Spring 2018, we changed the name of our Portland Clinic to "Full Potential HRT Clinic" to reflect the expansion of our concierge specialty services to include hormone replacement therapy and anti-aging and regenerative therapies for men and women.
