Description The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is part of the Federal Home Loan Bank System, a national network of 11 Federal Home Loan Banks and more than 8,000 member financial institutions. Each of the 11 member-owned District Banks is a privately capitalized, independently managed cooperative with its own board of directors. All District Banks are subject to federal oversight and capital requirements to ensure safe and sound operations and lending practices.
