Mission Greenbrook in alignment with the Neuronetics mission believes that mental health is as important as physical health. We take a patient-centric approach to provide accessible, evidence-based treatment and improve quality of life for people who suffer from psychiatric disorders. We care about practice success and we care about getting people better.
Description Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers - now proudly aligned with Neuronetics, Inc. -is a national leader in innovative mental health care, operating more than 95 centers across the United States. Together, we are expanding access to FDA‑cleared, cutting‑edge treatments such as NeuroStar® Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray for individuals living with major depressive disorder and treatment‑resistant depression.
Our NeuroStar® TMS therapy is a non‑invasive, medication‑free treatment that uses targeted electromagnetic stimulation to activate specific areas of the brain associated with mood regulation. SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray, administered under clinical supervision at select Greenbrook locations, offers an additional FDA‑approved option for adults who have not achieved adequate improvement with traditional antidepressant medications.

Serenity Mental Health Centers was founded in 2017 to offer holistic options and treat the whole person by providing an atmosphere of positivity, support, and healing in an outpatient setting.
What started as a single clinic has grown into a network of over 35 locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, with more than 120 new clinics planned over the next three years.
We specialize in innovative, evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. Our treatments include transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusion therapy, and psychiatric medication management.
The results speak for themselves. TMS at Serenity has an 84% response rate and a 78% remission rate, with results lasting three years or more for most patients. Behind every one of those numbers is a person who got their life back and a team that makes it possible.
