Mission Robinwood Activity Centres develop children as individuals and as members of a team, with safety, enjoyment and learning as our priorities. We aim to respond to customer feedback to provide the best customer experience and to respond to staff feedback to create the best place to work.

Description Started in 1994, Robinwood Activity Centres provide 3 day, 2 night residential courses for 7-11 year olds. Focussed on making a really positive difference developing children through adventurous and themed activities. Typically 15 across the 3 days… The Ultimate Timetable! Based across 3 centres in Yorkshire, Cumbria and North Wales, Robinwood believes in investing in the very best staff and as such we have maintained a place in the ‘100 Best Companies to Work for’ since 2014 and held Investor in People Gold Accreditation since 2013.

With Group leader starting pay from £12.60 per hour, no hidden deductions and permanent year-round contracts From free meals to house purchase assistance, we provide perks that make a real difference. Our staff team make the difference so we are happy to share our profits with them and in 2025 we paid an average of £800 per person to all our staff that worked in 2024, which is tax-free now we're an Employee Owned Company....Show more
