AwareX, Inc. was founded in 2016 by Michael Matthews, (former Head of Strategy for Nokia Networks, former CMO of Amdocs).
We are a software product company, selling and deploying omni-client, cloud-based customer care to communications service providers, and deriving SaaS-based revenue based on measurement of the number of active users per month (MAU).
Our initial target market comprises Mobile, Virtual-Mobile and Multi-play communications service providers; and our successful deployments to date include Telefonica, Vodafone, Liberty, and Claro operating subsidiaries.
