Description Hawthorne Effect is a network of clinical experts that we call “HEROs” (Hawthorne Effect Research Outcome professionals) and support with a proprietary technology platform. HEROs are a diverse community of healthcare professionals who are trained by us to perform the assessments required by clinical trial protocols and collect data of the highest quality. Our healthcare professionals are matched in a gig-economy model with clinical trial participants based upon their verified credentials, training certifications, and the specifications prescribed in clinical trial protocols. Our HEROs move patient follow up visits out of the clinic and into a patient-preferred environment, thereby significantly increasing patient satisfaction and compliance by making it easier for patients to participate in and stay enrolled in trials. This increased patient engagement significantly reduces patient attrition and the amount of missing data that render assessments of safety and efficacy challenging.
