What originally drew you to AMP?
Coming from restaurant management, I’d never been in sales, so it was a little scary. But I was drawn to the growth opportunities, leadership potential, and financial freedom. The positive culture and forward-thinking mindset made it even more appealing.
What do you find most rewarding about working at AMP?
In a leadership role, developing my reps and seeing them succeed is the most rewarding. I also love seeing how our work helps business owners across different states—every community needs what we do.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in a similar career?
Trust the process and embrace the learning curve. The work doesn’t get easier, but you get better. Put yourself out there, step outside your comfort zone, and invest in mastering the services and sales process. It’s worth it!
