Carolina Restaurant Group, a leading franchisee of Wendy's International, owns and operates more than 80 Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger locations in three states, mostly in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area. Through Palmetto Restaurant Group, the company has about 20 restaurants around Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, while its Florida Restaurant Group oversees more than a dozen units in Daytona, Florida. Carolina Restaurant Group was founded in 1993 by former Wendy's president Joe Drury. Another Wendy's veteran, Quint Graham, now leads the company's ownership group.
