Kolter Hospitality is a hospitality development, investment and management affiliate of The Kolter Group. Kolter Hospitality currently owns and operate eight branded select service and full service hotels totaling over 1300 rooms in south Florida. The hotels include Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens, Hyatt Place Coconut Point, Hyatt Place Boca Raton, Hyatt Place St. Petersburg, Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown, Hyatt Place Delray Beach, Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale 17th Street Convention Center and Westin Sarasota.
In addition to the current portfolio Kolter Hospitality manages, three additional hotels are in development including the Hyatt Centric at 100 Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, a Courtyard by Marriott in Delray Beach and AC hotel in Orlando Florida. Planning has also begun for a future 300-room hotel in Palm Beach Gardens.
