Pirata Group was founded in 2013 by restaurateurs Manuel Palacio and Christian Talpo.
With over 40 years of experience between them in the hospitality industry and across the world’s top gastronomic cities, it is their insatiable love for food and hospitality in all forms that drives their passion to bring amazing food and dining experiences to Hong Kong plates.
Our venues are varied both in their styles and cuisines, each concept is brought to life by their unique vision and infectious energy.
