2020 was a year like no other, with social and work connections turning virtual due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. As a company we wanted to prioritize staying connected, even in this more virtual space. These were some of the things we did last year to keep the team going strong: An online escape room that included scavenger hunts and trivia questions; Zoom breakfast check-ins to emulate those “morning coffee” experiences; A virtual drawing class that forced us out of our comfort zones and revealed some hidden artistic talents; When quarantine restrictions were lighter (and the weather much nicer), a picnic and games social in the park; A virtual cello meditation concert; Online cocktail making; As well as many Zoom game sessions!...Show more
