EYES, INC is a New Jersey-based, not-for-profit organization, with a national reach. We have been working with underserved communities since 2001. We currently have a collaborative presence through partnerships in South Carolina, New York, New Jersey, California, and Pennsylvania.
Our mission is to fortify the health, education, social welfare, and safety of disadvantaged and underserved youths, teens, young adults, and families across the country through our engagement with other community-based organizations, and other direct service agencies, including youth programs, healthcare initiatives, to include HIV/AIDS awareness and intervention programs; mental health awareness; as well as sexual assault and domestic violence prevention and intervention programs.
We work with these organizations to set higher standards for excellence in delivering services and programs within our target communities. Under our technical assistance structure, we strive to increase the capacity of each organization to perform at the level needed within their respective communities through several avenues—capacity-building consulting and training, funding development, and project designing. Further, for organizations with new and/or active programs, we employ data analytic tools to assess comprehensively, performance metrics. To this end, we design data collection instruments, implement system processes, and develop data collection applications to streamline and make more efficacious, the evaluation process for community programs and services. Collectively, through these efforts, we address compliance concerns and conduct formal program evaluations, ensuring organizations are on track with proposed outcomes.
In October 2013, we launched the RADICS Network, the first comprehensive, online data collection and reporting system developed specifically for members of the human services industry.
