PMA specializes in program, project, and construction management services for government, commercial, infrastructure, transportation, airport, health care, institutional, water, environmental, and manufacturing projects. Established in 1971 by CEO Gui Ponce de Leon, PMA Consultants operates from more than a dozen offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington, as well as Puerto Rico.
