Established in 1971 by CEO Gui Ponce de Leon, PMA Consultants operates from more than a dozen offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington, as well as Puerto Rico.
