Our mission is to promote science and lead innovation in the chemical sector thanks to creative and sustainable ideas and pathways. Olon challenges and innovates the way to deliver science in order to improve human health.
Our site was previously known as Ricerca Bioscience, it was purchased by Olon S.p.A. in 2017 and rebranded to Olon USA in January 2024. Our HQ campus is located in beautiful NE Ohio (30 minutes East of Cleveland, 45 minutes west of the Western Pennsylvania border).
Our employees can enjoy about any lifestyle they choose. We are just a few minutes from Lake Erie for those that enjoy the lake lifestyle, a few minutes from Painseville, Mentor and Willoughby for those that enjoy a more suburban lifestyle, 10 minutes from Chardon if you like small towns, or 12-15 minutes from more rural areas if you wish to own some land/property.
The primary focus of the Concord site is the development of small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for companies seeking to have their drug approved by the FDA. This involves small scale chemistry and scale up to 2000L reactor under non-regulatory, GLP, and GMP regulations.
The focus of the Florham Park NJ sales office is the sales of the catalog of generic APIs available from the various Olon sites worldwide.
