Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC) is a nonprofit federally funded organization which primarily serves the medically underserved population of Greater Manchester, providing comprehensive family health services to men, women and children of all ages, incomes and ethnicities. We offer primary care, nutritional counseling, social service coordination, breast/cervical cancer screening, diabetes education and referral services. MCHC provides prenatal care, childbirth education, midwifery and newborn care.
